these elements is allowed within a limit, regular intake can cause

It was said that the Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) in instant noodles is
reason enough to avoid it. MSG is an excitotoxin, which means it
overexcites the nerve cells to the point of damage or death, causing
brain dysfunction and damage to varying degrees – and potentially even
triggering or worsening learning disabilities, Alzheimer’s Disease,
Parkinson’s Disease, Lou Gehrig’s Disease, etc. MSG is also used to

These additives will probably remain in the stomach along with the
noodles, and this is not good for health. Even if the body is able to
eliminate these toxicants, the continous consumption of instant
noodles could give the body prolonged exposure.
A group of Doctors in 2013, with the aid of micro, pill-sized camera,
were able to view the digestive process functions when one eats
instant noodles. They were able to see the noodle churning process on
their computer screen. According to the Report on this, it was
observed that the stomach took a couple of hours to digest and
completely breakdown the noodle strains. The Doctors explained that
the processed nature of these noodles usually make them hard to
digest, thus putting a strain on the digestive system, which is forced
for hours to breakdown this highly processed food.
All told, the Studies and Reports on this subject suggest that too
much of everything, including instant noodles and all types of
processed foods, is bad. It is unfortunate that people are replacing
real meals with fast foods, as this is a big problem.
When you occasionally eat instant noodles, it will do you no harm. But
when you make it a habit of substituting convenience foods for real foods, it will only create health problems for you. It will make you
sick and fat when you indulge too much, i.e. a couple of times a week.
